Plus this includes an additional “PREMIUM 3D Tour” that focuses more on image quality and touch ups similar to what is seen in our listing photos. Enhanced skies, room brightness, saturation, lawn repair etc. Add branding, logo, and info spots through the tour.

*LAND SURVEY– This is an add on to the Aerial Photos. We require a copy of the land survey, usually provided by the property owner. We then use this to create an Aerial Photo w/ Land Survey Lines to showcase the property lines.

*FAA PART 107 LICENSED- Operating a drone for commercial (in any connection with a business for profit) purposes without a license can result in penalties from the FAA (United States Federal Aviation Administration) for both the pilot (up to $1,100 per occurrence) and for the client, up to 10x the pilot penalties ($11,000 per occurrence) All of our drone pilots are Part 107 FAA Licensed and current for commercial work.
